I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being very close to the subway and away from the touristy areas of the city. It was very convenient for me to explore the city as the metro was just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower with a rain-shower head. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive, with the cleaning staff coming in daily to provide fresh bedding and bottled water. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they even stored my luggage for free when I checked out and wanted to explore the city further.
Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel was very conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and multiple dining options nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent shower pressure and comfortable bedding. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to assist with my packages.
The only downside of my stay was that the room was not cleaned on one of the days, despite having the sign posted on the door.

Convienent location and good price. Access to a gym and pool very nice.
It would have been better if staff could speak and understand English better. Also need a sort of Concierge to help foreign visitors.

We had a fantastic stay at this place in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. The hotel is located in an interesting area, with plenty of local shops and eateries to explore. It's also conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. The staff here were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that any issues we had were promptly resolved. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and comfort provided by the hotel. The rooms were well-appointed with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious meals and drinks, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the added convenience of free Wi-Fi in public areas and a 24-hour reception. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this venue.

Total lack of customer focus.I booked the hotel for the swimming pool but it was a big disappointment because the swimming pool was very small, dirty and stinking. Not to talk about the room itself, the bed was as hard as an ironing board. I also saw that they are running a mafia with official taxis to drive tourists to the airport for a fixed price which is, of course, much higher than the price with a taximeter.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with efficient air conditioning. The location was convenient, situated near a market and a metro station. The staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate in English.
The hotel was quite old and in need of renovation, with worn-out carpets and wallpaper. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas left something to be desired, with dirty balconies and mold stains in the bathrooms. The lack of utensils in the kitchen made self-catering difficult.

This hotel very close with Metro station. I buy one day metro pass so I can go anywhere in Shanghai using metro and avoid the ticket queue line.
